Privacy Policy

CorporateCloudOnline ("we," "us," or "this site") is currently a pre-launch preview of a Continuing Professional Education (CPE) reporting platform. This page explains what information the site collects today and how it is used.

What we collect

The Profile page offers two optional ways to personalize the sample dashboard:

• Sign in with Email: the name and email address you type are stored only in your own browser's local storage (localStorage). Nothing is sent to a server, and we never see this information.
• Sign in with Google: Google handles the authentication and returns your name and email address, which is decoded in your browser to personalize the page. This information is not sent to or stored on any server we operate — it lives only in your browser's local storage, the same as the email sign-in option.

Aside from these optional, self-entered sign-in details, the site does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or any third-party advertising services.

How your information is used

Any name or email you provide (by either method) is used only to display your name, initials, and a partially masked email on the Profile page in your own browser. It is not transmitted elsewhere, sold, or shared with any third party.

How to remove your information

Click "Sign out" on the Profile page, or clear your browser's site data for this domain, to remove any stored sign-in information immediately.

Third-party services

Sign in with Google is provided by Google Identity Services. Google's handling of your account credentials during that process is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy, not this one.

Changes to this policy

As CorporateCloudOnline moves from preview to a full CPE reporting service, this policy will be updated to reflect any server-side accounts, data storage, or reporting features we add. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
